Step 18: Return the rubber seals at the top of the oven door.

Step 22: Insert the door hinges into the slots in the sides of the oven frame.

2. Door Seal

Step 1: Locate the oven’s circuit breaker.

Step 2: For safety, switch the circuit breaker off.

Step 4: Pull out the metal tabs on the seal from the holes in the oven frame.

Step 1: Disconnect the oven’s power supply.

Step 2: Open the oven door and flip the latches on the hinges forward.

Step 3: Close the door till it can’t go any further.

Step 4: Lift the door off and set it on a cloth lined surface. Do not lift the door off by the handle.

Step 5: Using a Torx T20 screwdriver, take out the screws on the top sides of the oven door which hold the top trim in place.

Step 6: Pull off the top trim.

Step 7: Now, you can slide off the glass.

Step 8: Clean the glass with a soapy cloth.

Step 9: Spray some water on the glass to rinse.

Step 10: Wipe the glass with a micro fiber cloth.

Step 11: If there any tough spots, use a very sharp razor to scrape them off. Make sure the razor is very sharp or you could scratch the glass.

Step 12: Slide the glass back onto the door and return the top trim.

Step 13: Return the screws which hold the trim in place.

Step 14: Lift the door and insert the hinges into the slots in the sides of the oven.

Step 5: Remove the back mounting plate of the lock motor using a 1/8 Allen wrench and discard it.

Step 6: Take out the two screws which hold the lock motor to the bottom plate and disconnect the wires.

Step 7: Get a new lock motor and screw it to the mounting plate.
