1. Door Hinges
Below, we have listed the steps you need to follow in order to replace your Bosch oven door hinges…
Step 1: Locate the oven’s circuit breaker.
Step 2: Switch the circuit breaker off for safety.
Step 3: Open the oven door.
Step 4: Flip the latches on the door hinges forward to release the door.
Step 5: Close the door till it can’t go any further.
Step 6: Grip the sides of the oven door and lift it off.
Step 7: Set the door on a cloth lined surface.
Step 8: Using a T20 torx bit, take out the two screws on the top of the oven door. There is one on each side.
Step 9: Lift the oven door’s top cap off and set it aside.
Step 10: Remove the rubber seals on the edge of the inner door glass.
Step 11: Lift the inner glass off.
Step 12: Take out the screws which hold the door hinges in place.
Step 13: Pull the door hinges out.
Step 14: Get new Bosch oven door hinges.
Step 15: Position the hinges on the door.
Step 16: Hold the hinges in place with the screws.
Step 17: Slide the inner glass back onto the door assembly.
Step 18: Return the rubber seals at the top of the oven door.
Step 19: Reposition the top cap.
Step 20: Hold the cap in place with the two torx screws.
Step 21: Lift the oven door up.
Step 22: Insert the door hinges into the slots in the sides of the oven frame.
Step 23: Open the door fully.
Step 24: Flip the latches back to hold the door in place.

Step 26: Switch the oven’s circuit breaker back on.
2. Door Seal
If your Bosch oven door still doesn’t close properly after replacing the door hinges, the door seal should be replaced. Follow the steps below to replace your Bosch oven door seal…
Step 1: Locate the oven’s circuit breaker.
Step 2: For safety, switch the circuit breaker off.
Step 3: Open the door of the oven.
Step 4: Pull out the metal tabs on the seal from the holes in the oven frame.
Step 5: Get a new door seal.
Step 6: Push the door seal’s metal tabs into the holes in the oven’s frame.
Step 7: Shut the oven door.
Step 8: Switch the circuit breaker back on.

How To Clean Bosch Oven Door In Between Glass
To clean in between the glass of your Bosch oven, follow the steps listed below…
Step 1: Disconnect the oven’s power supply.
Step 2: Open the oven door and flip the latches on the hinges forward.
Step 3: Close the door till it can’t go any further.
Step 4: Lift the door off and set it on a cloth lined surface. Do not lift the door off by the handle.
Step 5: Using a Torx T20 screwdriver, take out the screws on the top sides of the oven door which hold the top trim in place.
Step 6: Pull off the top trim.
Step 7: Now, you can slide off the glass.
Step 8: Clean the glass with a soapy cloth.
Step 9: Spray some water on the glass to rinse.
Step 10: Wipe the glass with a micro fiber cloth.
Step 11: If there any tough spots, use a very sharp razor to scrape them off. Make sure the razor is very sharp or you could scratch the glass.
Step 12: Slide the glass back onto the door and return the top trim.
Step 13: Return the screws which hold the trim in place.
Step 14: Lift the door and insert the hinges into the slots in the sides of the oven.
Step 15: Open the door fully and flip the hinge latches back.

Step 1: Switch off the oven’s circuit breaker.
Step 2: Open the oven door.
Step 3: Take out the screws which hold the black cover plate on the front of the oven.
Step 4: Lift the lock motor up and pull it forward.
Step 5: Remove the back mounting plate of the lock motor using a 1/8 Allen wrench and discard it.
Step 6: Take out the two screws which hold the lock motor to the bottom plate and disconnect the wires.
Step 7: Get a new lock motor and screw it to the mounting plate.
Step 8: Connect the wires to the lock motor and position it in the oven.
Step 9: Reposition the black cover and hold it in place with screws.
Step 10: Shut the door.
Step 11: Switch the circuit breaker back on.

Step 1: Locate the button with the key icon on the oven’s control panel.
Step 2: Hold the button down for four seconds. You will see a lock symbol on the oven’s display.

Step 1: Unplug the microwave’s power cord.
Step 2: Open the door of the microwave.
Step 3: Pry off the door trim using a flat head screwdriver.
Step 4: Lift the door latch up and detach it.
Step 5: Unhook the spring from the door latch.
Step 6: If the latch is broken, you can drill a small hole in the center and hook the spring back to it. If you would prefer to replace it, get a new one.
