Step 1: Pull the oven away from the cabinet and unplug the power cord or switch the circuit breaker off.

Step 2: Turn the oven around and take out the screws which hold the lower back panel in place using a quarter inch nut driver.

Step 3: Remove the panel and disconnect the wires from the thermal fuse. You should see the fuse close to the terminals of the broil or bake element.

Step 4: Take out the screw which holds the fuse in place.

Step 5: Remove the fuse and get a replacement.

Step 6: Secure the new fuse to the oven using the screw.

Step 7: Connect the wires to the fuse.

Step 8: Reposition the oven’s lower back panel.

Step 9: Secure the panel to the oven with the screws.

Step 10: Plug the oven back in. or switch the circuit breaker on

Step 11: Push the oven back to the wall.
