Step 4: Press “Start”.
Step 5: Set the location of the oven in your home.
Step 6: Press “Next”.
Step 7: Place your phone over the range for the SmartThings app to connect.
Step 8: Press the “Smart Control” or “Smart Monitor” button on your oven’s control panel.
Step 9: Go back to your phone and choose the network you want your oven to use.
Step 10: Press “Done”.

Step 1: First, your range has to be connected to the Smart Things app. If your range isn’t connected to this app, follow the steps in the section above to connect it.
Step 2: Open the Alexa app on your phone.
Step 3: Select “Skills” in the app.
Step 4: Type “Smart Things” in the search box.
Step 5: Open the Smart Things skill.
Step 6: Press “Enable”.
Step 7: Choose where you’re using the app from.
Step 8: Press the “Authorize” button.
Step 9: Once the app shows that it has been linked to the app, close the window.
Step 10: Press “Discover devices”.
Step 11: Scroll through the options and tap “Range”.
Step 12: You can now operate your range using Alexa.
