Preheat the oven, with your baking pan in it empty, to 400 degrees F. When the pan is hot, put the fries on it and leave to bake for 8 minutes at most. Make sure they don’t burn in the process. Be sure, the fries will become a little drier.

Take a nonstick pan and drop in 2 tbsp oil. Heat up slightly on medium heat and put in your fries. Fry for some minutes and remove it from the fire. Your leftover is ready for consumption.
