Step 1: Turn the oven on.
Step 2: Hold down the “BAKE” and “BROIL” button at the same time for three seconds.
Step 3: When “SF” or “OFF SET” appears on the oven’s display, press the “BAKE” button.
Step 4: Press the “BAKE” button again if the number “0” doesn’t appear on the oven’s display.
Step 5: Press the number you would like to reset your oven’s temperature to. For instance, if you would like to increase your oven’s temperature by 10 degrees, press 1 and 0.
Step 6: If you want to decrease the temperature, press the number you would like to decrease from the original temperature.
Step 7: Press the “BAKE” button to change the number to a negative one.
