Step 1: Turn the oven on.
Step 2: Press the “Bake” button. If your oven doesn’t have buttons, turn the control knob to select the bake function.

Step 4: Press “Start”.
Step 5: Leave the oven to preheat for about 15 minutes.

Step 4: Open the door of the oven and place the meat inside.
Step 5: Insert the end of the temperature probe into the jack.
Step 6: Turn the oven on and choose your desired cooking mode.
Step 7: Enter your desired temperature and press “Start”.
Step 8: Now, press the “Temp Probe” button.
Step 9: Enter the internal temperature you want your meat to be.

How To Use Bosch Oven Self Clean

Step 1: Open your Bosch oven door.
Step 2: Slide out the oven racks and remove any other accessories.
Step 3: If there is anything on the stove top, remove it as well.
Step 4: Make sure the oven is at room temperature before setting it to self clean.
Step 5: Wipe off any loose food bits from the oven interior with a paper towel.
Step 6: Press the “Self Clean” button. If your oven doesn’t have this, go to the cleaning mode and select “Pyrolytic Cleaning”. If this doesn’t work, turn the two control knobs to select the self cleaning function.
Step 7: Press the “Cook Time” button.
Step 8: Enter how long you want the feature to run using the “+” an “-” buttons.
Step 9: Press “Start”.
Step 10: Once the self clean feature starts, the door will lock automatically. Make sure all the windows in your home are open so that any smoke from the oven doesn’t get trapped. At the end of the self clean cycle, there should be a beep. Do not try opening the door immediately after the self clean cycle.
Step 11: Leave the oven to cool down to room temperature.
Step 12: Once the oven has cooled down, open the door and wipe out the ash in the oven interior using a damp cloth.
Step 13: Return the racks and any other accessories to the oven.
