Step 1: Season your meat as desired and place it in an oven safe dish.

Step 2: Get the temperature probe and insert it into the thickest part of the meat.

Step 3: Take the meat to the oven and place it inside.

Step 4: Plug the end of the the temperature probe into the jack on the side of the oven. The jack will be on the right or left side of the oven wall.

Step 5: Close the oven door.

Step 6: Press the “Meat Probe” or  “Temp Probe” button.

Step 7: Set the desired internal temperature of the meat using the number pad or up and down arrows.

Step 8: Select your desired cooking mode. For instance, press the “Bake” button.

Step 9: Select the temperature you want your meat to cook at.

Step 10: Press “Start”.

Step 11: Once the meat has reached the set internal temperature, it should beep and stop cooking.
