Step 3: Set your desired temperature using the numbers. Note that the oven will convert the temperature because the heat needed during convection baking is not as much it needs for normal baking.

Step 1: Open the oven door and take out the racks. Leave only one rack in the oven.
Step 2: Slide the rack into the lowest position possible.

Step 5: Slide the tray into the oven. Make sure the rack is on the fourth position.

How To Use An LG Oven Probe
To use an LG oven probe, follow the steps listed below.
Step 1: Push the meat probe into the thickest part of the meat.
Step 2: Place the meat in the oven and turn it on.
Step 3: Plug the other end of the meat probe to the jack in the oven. If the meat probe is properly connected, the icon will flash on the display.
Step 4: Select “Conv Roast” by pressing the button on the control panel or turning the dial if your oven has one.
Step 5: Set your desired temperature by pressing the “+” or “-” buttons. If your oven doesn’t have this, set the temperature by pressing the numeric keypad.
Step 6: Press the “Probe” button.
Step 7: Set the temperature for the probe. The temperature you set for the probe is the internal temperature you would like your meat to stop cooking at.

Step 9: If you want to change the probe temperature while the meat is cooking, press “Probe”.
Step 10: Set the probe temperature again then press “Start”.

Step 1: Open the oven door and place the food you want to proof in it.
Step 2: Turn the oven knob and stop at “Proof/Warm”.

How To Adjust LG Oven Temperature
To adjust the temperature of your LG oven, follow these steps…
Step 1: If your oven is on, turn it off by turning the knob to the left.
Step 2: Hold down the “Start Time” button for 3 seconds.
Step 3: Press the “Start Time” button till you see “ADJU” on the oven’s display.
Step 4: Adjust the temperature up or down by 15 degrees using the “+” or “-” button.
Step 5: Press the “Start” button.
Step 6: Test the oven. If the oven temperature doesn’t suit you, follow the same steps above to raise or lower the temperature more.

How To Use LG Oven Self Clean
To use the self clean feature in an LG oven, follow the steps listed below…
Step 1: Open the door off the oven and take out any accessories. Make sure nothing is left in the oven.
Step 2: Also make sure that the light cover in the oven is properly screwed.
Step 3: Open all the windows in your kitchen.
Step 4: Turn the oven on.
Step 5: If your LG oven is a double oven, press the “Upper Self Clean” or “Lower Self Clean” to clean your desired oven. If you have a single oven, simply press the “Self Clean” button.
Step 6: Press the “Self Clean” button multiple times depending on how many hours you want it to run.
Step 7: Press “Start”.
Step 8: If you see any smoke coming from the oven during the process, do not be alarmed. This is normal. Do not touch the oven as it will be very hot.
Step 9: Once the self clean is done, leave the oven to cool down completely. If you try opening the oven door before it has cooled down, it won’t open.
Step 10: Once the locked icon disappears from the oven display, open the door.
Step 11: Get a damp cloth and wipe out the ash in the oven.
Step 12: Return the racks and any other accessories to the oven.

How To Replace An LG Oven Thermal Fuse
To replace the thermal fuse in an LG oven, follow the steps listed below…
Step 1: Turn off and unplug the oven.
Step 2: Pull the oven out in order to access the back.
Step 3: Take out the screws securing the lower back panel of the oven.
Step 4: Remove the back panel.
Step 5: Disconnect the wires connected to the thermal fuse.
Step 6: Take out the screws which hold the thermal fuse to the oven.
Step 7: Get a new thermal fuse.
Step 8: Screw the new thermal fuse into place.
Step 9: Reconnect the wires to the thermal fuse.
Step 10: Reposition the lower back panel and secure it with the screws.
Step 11: Push the oven back to its usual position.
Step 12: Plug the oven back in.
Note: The thermal fuse in an LG oven is usually replaced because the oven will not heat after the self clean cycle.
How To Use LG Oven Easy Clean
Follow the steps below to use the easy clean feature in an LG oven…
Step 1: Open the oven door and take out the racks and any other accessories in it.
Step 2: If there is any burnt debris in the oven, scrape it off using a plastic scraper.
Step 3: Spray water all over the oven walls making sure to cover any soils with water.
Step 4: If you are cleaning your upper oven, press “Upper Easy Clean”. If you are cleaning your lower oven, press “Lower Easy Clean”.
Step 5: You will hear a sound from the oven when the easy clean cycle is over.
Step 6: Press the “Clear/Off” button.
Step 7: Scrub the oven with a soft sponge.
Step 8: Wipe of water in the oven using a soft and dry towel.
Step 9: Return the racks and any other accessories you removed earlier.
Note: The easy clean feature is normally used for light soils. So if your oven is very dirty, this won’t be effective in getting rid of the dirt.

Step 1: Turn off the oven.
Step 2: Open the oven door and scrape of any baked on food in it with a plastic scraper.

Step 4: Pour some baking soda into a small bowl.
