Neff Oven Grill Smoking — How To Fix

There are two possible reasons why your Neff oven grill keeps smoking. We have listed each one below and what you need to do to fix them.

Grease

As you are cooking in the oven, oil and fat will most likely splatter. The oil splattered could get to the heating element and cause it to smoke. Cleaning the grill element should stop the smoke.

Oven Cleaner Residue

If your oven is clean as can be, then it may be the residue from an oven cleaner causing the oven to smoke. To get the cleaner residue off, follow these steps…

Step 1: Pour 1/4 cup of vinegar and 1/4 cup of water in a spray bottle.

Step 2: Spray the water and vinegar mixture in the oven and on the grill element.

Step 3: Wipe the oven with a damp cloth.

If this doesn’t fix the issue, you should call a technician to examine the problem.
