Step 5: Using a screwdriver, take out the screws which hold the back plate of the oven interior in place.
Step 6: Take out the three screws which secure the heating element. The heating element is around the fan blade.
Step 7: Pull the element gently.
Step 8: Disconnect the wires connected to the heating element making sure to note where each one goes.
Step 9: Get a new heating element and connect the wires to it.
Step 10: Position the heating element on the oven’s back wall.

Step 1: First, turn off the oven and switch the circuit breaker off.
Step 2: Open the door of the oven and slide out the racks.
Step 3: Uninstall the oven from the cabinet by taking out the screws on the sides.
Step 4: Lift the oven out and set on a cloth lined sturdy surface.
Step 5: Flip the clips on the door hinges.
Step 6: Lift the oven door and set it aside.
Step 7: Take out the screws which hold the fan blade cover in the oven.
Step 8: Take out the bolt in the center of the fan blade.
Step 9: Slide out the fan blade. If the hole in the fan blade is not round, you will need to replace it.
Step 10: Go to the back of the oven and take out the screws which secure the back panel.
Step 11: Remove the back panel.
Step 12: Disconnect the wires connected to the fan motor and make sure to note where each one goes.
Step 13: Take out the three screws which secure the fan motor.
Step 14: Turn the fan motor counterclockwise to remove.
Step 15: Get a new fan motor.
Step 16: Position the fan motor and turn it clockwise.
Step 17: Secure the fan motor with the three screws.

If your Neff oven grill isn’t working, you need to replace the element. To replace the element in a Neff oven, follow the steps listed below…
Step 1: As always, turn off the oven and switch the circuit breaker off.
Step 2: Open the door of the oven and take out the screws which hold it to the cabinet.
Step 3: Lift the oven out of the cabinet and set on a sturdy surface lined with a cloth.
Step 4: Take out the screws which secure the back panel of the oven.
Step 5: Peel back the insulation which covers the two screws securing the grill element.
Step 6: Take out the screws holding the element in place.
Step 7: Note where each wire is connected to on the grill element then disconnect them.
Step 8: For safety, remove the light bulb and cover.
Step 9: Take out the two screws holding the grill element to the top of the oven interior.
Step 10: Pull out the oven grill element.
Step 11: Get a new grill element and push it into place.
Step 12: Return the two screws which secure it to the top of the oven.
Step 13: Screw the light bulb back in and return the cover.
Step 14: Reconnect the wires to the grill element.
Step 15: Return the two screws at the back of the oven which secure the grill element.
Step 16: Reposition the back panel of the oven and hold it in place with the screws.
Step 17: Lift the oven and push it into the cabinet.
Step 18: Secure the sides of the oven to the cabinet.
Step 19: Slide the racks back into the oven.

Neff Oven Light Is Not Working After Replacing Bulb — How To Fix
The first possible reason the light of your Neff oven is not working still after replacing the bulb is probably because you bought wrong one. If the bulb you got for your Neff oven is not the recommended one, it won’t work. Check the bulb, if it’s the right type, it may not be screwed in tightly.
Check if the light bulb is properly screwed in. If it isn’t, tighten it. However, if the bulb is tightly fitted, the light socket is probably faulty. Follow the steps below to replace the light socket in a Neff oven.
Step 1: Turn off the circuit breaker.
Step 2: Open the oven door and remove the racks.
Step 3: Take out the screws on each side of the oven.
Step 4: Pull out the oven from the cabinet and place on a towel lined surface.
Step 5: Remove the light bulb cover.
Step 6: Unscrew the light bulb from the socket.
Step 7: Take out the screws which hold the back panel of the oven in place.
Step 8: Disconnect the wires from the light bulb socket and make sure to note where each one goes.
Step 9: Go back to the oven interior and release the tabs which secure the socket using a flat head screwdriver. Have someone push the back of the socket while you do this.
Step 10: Get a new socket and push it into place.
Step 11: Reconnect the wires to the socket.
Step 12: Reposition the back panel of the oven and secure with the screw.
Step 13: Screw the light bulb back into the socket and return the cover.
Step 14: Return the oven to the cabinet and secure the sides with the screws.
Step 15: Slide the racks back into the oven.
Step 16: Close the oven door and turn on the circuit breaker.
