Neff Oven Stuck On Auto — Solution
If your Neff oven is stuck on auto, simply reset it. To reset your oven, follow these steps…
Step 1: Turn off the oven.
Step 2: Find the circuit breaker for your oven then switch it off.
Step 3: Leave the breaker of for 10 minutes.
Step 4: After 10 minutes, switch the circuit breaker back on.

Neff Oven Bulb Stuck — How To Fix
If the bulb of your Neff oven is stuck, follow these steps…
Step 1: Turn off the circuit breaker.
Step 2: Open the oven door.
Step 3: Remove the light bulb cover.
Step 4: Put on some gloves and pull the light bulb out.
Once the light bulb has come out, do not install a new one till you replace the light socket. If you install a new bulb in the socket, it might end up getting stuck as well. If you would like to replace the light socket in your Neff oven yourself, follow these steps…
Step 1: Turn off the circuit breaker.
Step 2: If your oven is installed to a cabinet, uninstall it. Do this by taking opening the door and taking out the screws holding the sides to the cabinet.
Step 3: Remove the racks in the oven.
Step 4: Pull out the oven from the cabinet.
Step 5: Take out the screws which hold the back panel of the oven in place.
Step 6: Set the panel aside.
Step 7: Disconnect the wires connected to the light socket.
Step 8: Go to the oven interior and remove the light bulb cover.
Step 9: Unscrew the light bulb from the socket.
Step 10: Using a flathead screwdriver, release the tabs which hold the light socket in place. Have someone push the socket from the back while you do this.
Step 11: Remove the light socket and get a new one.
Step 12: Push the new light socket into place.
Step 13: Screw the light bulb back in.
Step 14: Return the light cover.
Step 15: Reconnect the wires back to the light socket.
Step 16: Reposition the back panel of the oven and hold it in place with the screws.
Step 17: Push the oven back into the cabinet.
Step 18: Secure the sides of the oven to the cabinet using the screws.
Step 19: Return the racks to the oven.
Step 20: Switch the circuit breaker back on.

If the fan of your Neff oven is stuck or isn’t turning, you will need to replace the fan motor. To replace the fan motor in your Neff oven, follow the steps listed below…
Step 1: Switch off the power to the oven.
Step 2: Open the oven door and take out the racks.
Step 3: Remove the screws on the sides of the oven which secure it to the cabinet.
Step 4: Remove the oven from the cabinet and place it on a towel lined sturdy surface.
Step 5: Take out the screws which hold the back wall of the oven interior in place.
Step 6: Take out the bolt which secures the fan blade using a nut driver.
Step 7: Slide out the fan blade.
Step 8: Turn the oven around.
Step 9: Take out the screws which hold the back panel in place and remove the panel.
Step 10: Disconnect the wires connected to the fan motor.
Step 11: Take out the screws which hold the fan motor in place.
Step 12: Remove the fan motor and get a new one.
Step 13: Position the new fan motor and screw it into place.
Step 14: Connect the wires back to the motor.
Step 15: Position the back panel and hold it in place with the screws.
Step 16: Reposition the fan blade and screw it into place.
Step 17: Return the back panel of the oven interior and hold it in place with the screws.
Step 18: Push the oven back into the cabinet and return the screws at the sides.
Step 19: Slide the oven racks back in and close the door.
Step 20: Turn the circuit breaker back on.
