The Glass Tray Support

If replacing the turntable motor didn’t solve your issue, the problem might be from the glass tray support. Open the microwave door and take the glass tray out. Carefully inspect the glass tray support for damages. If it’s damaged, you will need to get a new one to replace it. Once you have a new tray support, test the turntable by microwaving a cup of water.

The Turntable Coupler

The turntable coupler could also be damaged. Take the glass tray out and gently pull the coupler out. If you can notice any damages, then you need to replace it. If replacing all these components didn’t help, contact your local Samsung service center to identify the problem.
