Step 1: Position the door hinges back on the inner door assembly and secure them with the screws.

Step 3: Hold them in place using the screws.

Step 6: Position the inner door assembly on the outer one.

Samsung Oven Door Is Not Latching — How To Fix
If your Samsung oven door is not latching, the door latch assembly should be replaced. Follow the steps listed below to replace the door latch assembly in a Samsung oven…
Step 1: Turn off the oven and pull it away from the wall.
Step 2: Unplug the oven’s power cord.
Step 3: Take out the screws which secure the lower back panel of the oven.
Step 4: Lift the panel off and set it aside.
Step 5: On the right side, you will see the door latch assembly. Disconnect the wires from the door switch on it.
Step 6: Test the door switch for continuity using a multimeter. If there is continuity, the door switch isn’t faulty. If there is no continuity, take out the screws which secure the door switch and get a new one.
Step 7: Disconnect the wire plug from the door latch assembly and test it with the multimeter. If there is no continuity, the door latch assembly is faulty.
Step 8: Go to the front of the oven and open the door.
Step 9: Using a flat head screwdriver, flip the clips on the door hinges forward.
Step 10: Close the door till it stops.
Step 11: Lift the door up and pull it out.
Step 12: Take out the two screws at the front of the oven which secure the other part of the door latch assembly.
Step 13: Go to the back of the oven.
Step 14: Take out the screws which hold the door latch motor. There will be two screws securing it.
Step 15: Pull the door latch assembly out. Be very careful as the edges of the assembly are quite sharp.
Step 16: Get a new door latch assembly and carefully slide it in
Step 17: Go back to the front of the oven.
Step 18: Take out the three screws underneath the oven’s cooktop.
Step 19: Lift the cooktop up.
Step 20: Grab the door latch assembly and insert the end back into the slot at the front of the oven.
Step 21: Lower the cooktop and secure it with the three screws.
Step 22: Return the two screws at the front of the oven which secure the door latch assembly.
Step 23: Position the hinges on the door back into the slots on the sides of the oven.
Step 24: Lower the door and flip the locks back.
Step 25: Go to the back of the oven once again and return the other two screws which secure the door latch assembly.
Step 26: Reconnect the wire plug to the door latch assembly.
Step 27: Also reconnect the other plug to the door switch.
Step 28: Reposition the back panel of the oven and hold it in place with the screws.
Step 29: Plug the oven in.
Step 30: Close the oven door.

Step 13: Remove the inner door glass or whatever remains there are.
Step 14: Get a new door glass and position it on the door.
Step 15: Return the metal panel and the screws which secure it.
Step 16: Flip the door over and position the door hinges.
Step 17: Screw the hinges back into place.
Step 18: Position the other glass with the metal brackets back on the inner door assembly.
Step 19: Return the screws which secure it.
Step 20: Position the inner door assembly back on the outer door assembly.
Step 21: Secure them with the three screws at the bottom and the other two at the top.
Step 22: Reinsert the door hinges into the slots in the oven.
Step 23: Flip the hinge locks back to secure.

Step 1: Turn the oven off.

Step 3: On the door hinges, there will be some clips. Flip the clips towards yourself using a flat head screwdriver.
