Step 1: Locate the oven’s circuit breaker.

Step 2: Switch the circuit breaker off to avoid the risk of electrocution.

Step 3: Open the door of the oven.

Step 4: Take out the screws which hold the oven to the cabinet.

Step 5: Lift the oven out of the cabinet and set it on a sturdy surface.

Step 6: Using a Philips head screwdriver, take out the screws which hold the top and rear panels of the oven in place.

Step 7: Lift the panels off and set them aside.

Step 8: The thermal fuse should be on the oven’s upper rear. Note where each wire goes by taking a picture.

Step 9: Disconnect the wires from the fuse and unscrew it from the oven.

Step 10: Get a new thermal fuse and connect the wires to it.

Step 11: Screw the fuse to the oven.

Step 12: Reposition the oven’s panels and hold them in place with the screws.

Step 13: Lift the oven up and push it back into the cabinet.

Step 14: Secure the sides of the oven to the cabinet with the screws.

Step 15: Shut the door of the oven.

Step 16: Switch the circuit breaker back on.
